I regret to say that I was disappointed with the salon. The staff kept talking loudly over the phone to repair a water leak this time and the door was mostly opened. The salon was under construction last time. I was not able to relax at the salon.

Chico is wonderful. She clearly has a lot of expertise in Yuko straightening, she is patient, friendly and interesting to chat to. At the end she even included a free trim. Can’t recommend her enough.
