I think Chico is not a bad person. She spent quite long hours for me. I asked her not to let me come back for re-doing due to unsatisfactory result. However I had to come back to the salon as her Yuko system was not satisfactory, also hair cut was not what I asked. The salon owner was kindly enough to take over it and tried to make my hair straight twice, but as first Yuko system had not been done properly, still my hair is not straight enough. I really regret to say but this is what I felt.

Wow I have washed my hair today (3 days after treatment) it’s silky smooth, healthy, absolutely straight and sleek. Love it and will definitely come back. I am happy I have chosen Chico, although it is expensive but it’s worth it!
