Chico is a lovely lady. She made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time visiting the salon.
The only problem was that I was not 100% satisfied with the hair treatment because after I washed it (3 days after treatment), my hair still had the frizz.
I had Japanese hair straightening done before and my hair was really straight and silky. But this time around it didn't turn out as I expected with Chico. I still need to use my iron hair straightener which I wanted to avoid.
