Cancelled on me through an email, couldn't even call me or cancel through the app. Didn't receive a refund, do not recommend. Salon was closed when i arrived and a lady told me she had been waiting for more than an hour for her appointment

Mary did a fantastic job on my hair even though she was facing some difficulties due to management of the savoy centre. When I came for my appointment the manager had turned off her electricity leaving her no way to attend her customers. She sorted this and although upset at this manager she did her best to attend her appointments and did a fantastic job on my curls which lasted all day. just want to say I hope things get better for you mary, no one deserves to be treated as you have. Take care
