Booked this appointment nearly 2 weeks in advance, arrived at the salon for my appointment to which the lady working had no idea about, I showed her my booking and still didn't have a clue there was a language barrier which didn't help, the lady named on my booking who was ment be doing my hair was on holiday, absolutely shocking service and should turn off the booking system if not going to be available, was let down had to find another salon in short notice, would avoid this salon at all cost

The hairdresser didn’t show. I waited for 20 minutes, called twice and sent an email directly, which has never been answered. I haven’t received a refund or contact of any sort. This is beyond disappointing and I would stay away from this salon if you don’t want to lose your time and money.

OMG I FEEL LIKE ME AGAIN!!!! Mary did EXACTLY what I wanted which I was explaining a lot of other hairdressers failed. She also talked me through what she was doing as I’m interested in hairdressing. She was chatty, warm n friendly. X
