couldn't do the treatment I had booked as I had too much hair, offered me a different treatment which was £13 more which I declined. staff weren't friendly & was quite an uncomfortable experience. won't be returning.

Greeted with friendly staff, I arrived early and they were happy to move my appointment forward.
My haircut was exactly how I wanted it and I've had lots of compliments.
The salon could've been cleaner in my opinion.
