This therapist was not Debbie I booked a manicure an appointment for 9am, I received a text message at 00.40 am asking me to come at 10 am as the salon did not open until 10 am !! I arrived and the owner turned up 5 mins later. I was told the nail tech had left and not been replaced. The therapist started by putting some cream on my hands which I was shocked to see said for pedicures! Roughly filed nails, no attempt to treat cuticles, one coat of varnish, no top coat. Shameful.

My hair was supposed to be a perm and instead just ended up frizzy and now sticking to my own hairdresser in Wigan lower Ince from now on. The hairdresser didn’t bother about the amount of products use in my hair as too much can damage my hair which it did. My hair is now back to normal and straight for now and I’ll keep it that way for a while till I book with a REAL HAIRDRESSER 💇‍♀️
