I didn’t have my haircut. I arrived at the salon and the lady who was supposed to be cutting my hair wasn’t in. I never received an email to cancel the appointment and have still not had a refund. I would not recommend.

The customer service was ok but the actual manicure was awful, a 5 year old could have done it better. I thought I should come to a salon to get my nails done in the hope that they'd do a better job than I do but boy was I disappointed. I also did not see any sanitisation of the tools prior to the manicure so if I end up with some hepatitis C I'll know who to sue. What a waste of money, take my advice and don't go here

This is the only place I will go to have my hair done. Debbie is always friendly and knows just what my hair needs to look fantastic.
I don't know anyone else who understands colouring hair more & I trust her totally when dyeing my hair or providing advice on self management.
