My daughter felt extremely comfortable and was happy with the finished results. My daughter and myself will be using salon rouge again. The staff are lovely and helpful and listen to what you want in detail.

My mother has sadly been very ill and I have had to rearrange my appointment a couple of times, I called the salon on numerous occasions and sent emails, no one answered the phone or ever replied to my emails, I was running late on Saturday as I had to arrange for someone to come and stay with my mother so called the salon and was greeted very abruptly and rudely!!!! I therefore never went as I was not happy with the attitude I received

Firstly, I don't think my 'stylist' was Debbie. I think she may have been the salon owner, she definitely isn't a hairdresser. My thick, curly hair was washed but not conditioned and my straightforward short cut was literally hacked! My hair wasn't sectioned at all, just chopped randomly. At one point she suggested I leave one side long??? It was beyond styling properly so I let her finish, as I'd paid in advance I politely left then went to the nearest barber to get it clippered to even it up.
