Despite careful instruction there was a clear communication issue with the style of haircut we agreed on. I asked for length to be just above shoulders with long layers to help soften the cut (my normal style) whilst maintaining the length- I was given a mullet and a choppy bob with a hole on one side of my head. The total length taken off was 6-7 inches instead of 3 inches. Not only did the style not match my request but it was poorly executed with significant choppiness and the haircut was uneven. I reached out to ask for a refund as I had to attend a different salon to make the haircut passable and it will take months to regrow.
i reached out to the salon afterwards- I have not received a response from the salon or a refund. Very stressful experience.
