I booked at 1pm and arrived on time, but the client before me was late and I didn’t end up getting my treatment until after 2pm. I know it happens and they were very apologetic but they had my contact details and they could have phoned me to tell me to come later. The manicure was ok. For the ‘deluxe’ version however I would have expected a massage, at the very least some moisturiser. the pedicure was very thorough. Again for the deluxe version I expected a longer massage and to be honest, the shop bought foot spa just doesn’t cut it. The actual polish was very good. All in all it was ok but I won’t be going again.

Just had a bizarre experience with a hairdresser who seems very inexperienced. There was very little chat, initially she looked very confused by all the hair colour charts when trying to figure out what to put on my roots, she eventually got help from a colleague. When it came to the cut I said I really wanted just a cm trim as I’m trying to grow it. She ignored that and cut off over 3cm in whole sections of hair at a time, literally spent less than 10 mins on it, in a way that I’ve never seen a trained hairdresser do. As it was wonky she then tried to even up the two sides, and cut even more off. The haircut now looks ok but is still a bit wonky and uneven. Really strange experience for what looks like a professional hair salon.
