Shpresa did my blow dry. She was very attentive and really took her time over it. Unfortunately she had to stop part way through to see to another client, which was a little inconvenient and left my hair drying naturally, however she was very apologetic.
When it was newly done my hair looked great however the volume and curls very quickly dropped - the only product used was hairspray and I think this is the reason for that.
