I arrived one hour early as my sister also had an appointment booked and the salon were able to see me an hour early which was very accommodating. Was very happy with my haircut and my stylish was lovely 😊 no complaints. Slightly overcrowded

The hair dresser, Betty who did my hair helped me carefully choose the colour for my highlights. She did such an amazing job! I love my hair. Will defo be going back to Betty again in the near future.

Actually it was Farida who cut my hair not Amber. She gave me a fantastic cut. I'm so pleased. Will be returning again and highly recommend her to anyone.

I got there and was told that they didn't have my details on the system. I find the receptionist really rude and she gave no eye contact when speaking. she asked her colleague to call her manager. the Manager was very pleasant and they had a conversation and she told the receptionist that she should take me. the receptionist refused and said that she wanted to take another women who was waiting. She then got up and walked away without even telling me what was happening. I asked her who is doing my hair she walked away saying she will(pointing to her colleague). I was worried that i wasn't going to be given the service that was paid. however the lady who did my hair was brilliant. She didn't take off anymore of the length then I had advised. She talked me through what she was doing at all times checking to see of i was happy with the length. I would defo go back but i was not impressed with the blonde hair receptionist.
