My greys had started to showing and Lilly was very knowledgeable suggesting to go dark on the roots to hide my greys and reinsuring me the blonde suits me rather then going different colour and wait for couple of months to add my blonde to the ends she was friendly quick and efficient and answered any questions to me , my hair was done, the colour was brilliant as it reflects and highlights my skin ,which looked shinny and has-taken couple years of my face ,I am so happy and recommend Lilly
