I always have Jess as she makes me feel comfortable and I'm used to her doing my hair.. We always have a chat and a good laugh. The atmosphere in the salon is cheerful and relaxing

Appointment time respected and seen on time. Retailers often don't realise how important it is to see their client on time - Jess respects this and sees me on time. I felt listened to, and treated professionally and respectfully. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. Very happy with the finished results.
