Jess very kindly sorted my haircut, which had been attempted by another hairstylist in a different salon. She listened to what I said, advised me on how it could be put right. She was friendly and reassuring. I was so pleased with the finished result.

Lili is doing fab in her training. She has coloured my hair for a while now and she is a natural hair dresser. The whole team are fab. I even allowed her to cut my hair which I am very particulate about and she did a brilliant job.
