Today was my first time having my hair regrowth done by Lily, who is a trainee — and I have to say, she was excellent. From the moment I arrived, Lily was very welcoming and remained professional throughout my visit. She checked the colour with me beforehand and stayed engaged and attentive the whole time.
Lily has a lovely manner and really listened to what I wanted. I was thoroughly impressed with her approach and the care she took — I would highly recommend asking for Lily.
