the girl who washed mt fair was a low point. She was very rough, didn't check if the temperature of the water was good (it wasn't), she obviously wanted to get me done as son as possible (even though the place did not look very busy), shampooed very roughly and missed some obvious spots. Conditioning was even worse and I'm not 100% sure she even rinsed me off properly. As the first step of the treatment, is was worse than sub par, my daughter who is 6 brushes my hair with more finesse!
