My daughter wanted a specific style of haircut and the team took a lot of time to not only explain why it wouldn't look quite the same due to her hair texture but to also ensure she felt confident in how to style it and gave her plenty of tips on how to care for her hair.
She came away feeling confident and very happy. Thank you so much to the team for taking time with her and genuinely caring about her having a good experience.
