I arrived at the scheduled venue and found that no one was present. After speaking with the store manager, I was informed that haircut services are handled by an external company. We attempted to contact the number on file, but it went to voicemail. Eventually, the manager was able to reach them, at which point I was instructed to travel to another venue on the opposite side of the city.
Despite the inconvenience, wasted time, and additional travel, I was offered no discount, compensation.
