Messed up my appointment times, told me I didn’t have an appointment at the regent street venue and told me to go to the new Bond Street one, which had closed once I arrived ant it turned out the booking had been moved BACK to the regent street store 40 mins later. Trim wasn’t great either, uneven on both sides and I’ve got a chunk of hair missing above my ear
