My appt was booked for 6.30pm. At 17.44 I missed a call. It showed up as 'Claims specialist'. At 6.36 I got another phonecall from 'Claims specialist'. This time, I answered. It turned out to be Guys & Dolls telling me I was late for my appt. I apologised. Luckily, I was just around the corner and said I'd be two minutes. I was asked to hurry up as they close at 7. I arrived at 6.38 and apologised again. Staff said they phoned me at 17.44 to ask if I could come earlier instead of 6.30. I work long hours and couldn't have anyway. She seemed irriated that I was 8 minutes late, did not acknowledge my apology and proceeded to wax my eyebrows without asking what shape I wanted them. I was hoping to get some advice on how to reshape my brows however it felt as though she wanted to close up early. Ive had appts with what I believe is the owner before and she was absolutely nothing short of amazing and an absolute credit to Guys & Dolls. Unfortunately, this experience did not live up to that.

Honestly the best application and removal of gel I think I've ever had. My nails lasted perfectly and I only had to have them taken off because they grew too long. On removal my nails have not be damaged at all and are just as strong as they were before. Would highly recommend this salon.
