This visit was disappointing. Therapist didn’t seem that happy, was promoting benefits of gel polish then wasn’t thorough in applying the regular nail coats (which would be contributing factor to chips within days, not just her argument of gel polish being harder-wearing which I agree with but doesn’t suit my lifestyle), was a bit rough with the threading and didn’t listen to my request regarding bikini wax - too much was taken off. Happened once before with the hot wax (different therapist). Usually highly rate this salon but feeling a bit mixed.
