I got my hair cut by Loddy. It was amazing! She was super attentive to what I wanted and gave me the perfect new style :)

First, an hour before my appointment they tried to change the time
I arrived as per the appointed time but I was made to wait 40 minutes
When I pointed this out, my stylist said it is my fault that I didn't agree to change my appointment
The receptionist / lady who washed my hair was not wearing a mask (had it on her chin), defying all Covid guidelines
The stylist who finally cut my hair was A) not the one I was booked with B) was not as experiences, so I didn't get a good haircut
TERRIBLE!!
