I have had my appointment moved twice by the salon which I agreed to, but wasn’t very convenient for me. The haircut was amazing. I was promised a partial refund because of the inconvenience of having to move the appointment, I have given my details. It’s been a week so I called the salon up to let them know I still haven’t received the partial refund - not a word of apology just that she will remind the owner. II would say that’s very poor customer service. Other than that, haircut was lovely

Best haircut ever. Guiseppe is excellent. He listened to what I wanted and knew exactly how to make that work with my hair. Great treatment, styling and finish. A cosy place with friendly staff.
