The stylist seemed to be in a rush although there were no other clients after me. She wasn’t gentle with my hair and at times she was pulling it quite hard. Also, the brush she used had so much hair from other people. At the end the result was okay, nothing bad but nothing special too, however the whole experience was terrible and I’m definitely not going there again.

Serena was friendly and welcoming. She took her time to explain the treatment to me and with the actual application of the treatment. I paid twice as much for the same treatment in rush Watford and I felt they had no time for me and that the interaction was somewhat rehearsed - Gusto offered a personal experience and for half the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and Serena in particular.
