The cut and blow-dry were great and what I asked for - however, the customer service was poor. The woman who did my hair snapped at me several times and was rude, and the other hairdressers turned their head several times to me when I would speak to explain what I wanted from my cut. She was also aggressive, brushing my hair I thought she was peeling off my scalp. She washed my hair so aggressively one of my earrings came off. Overall, happy with the hair but I will not be coming back.

Joseph is an incredible stylist with a real talent for delivering what the client wants. It’s the first time i walked out of a hairdresser’s thinking my haircut is nothing short of perfect and exactly how i wanted it.

Absolutely terrible colour and technique for doing a t section. The whole face fronting hair has been dyed one colour and has now gone yellow. Having to go elsewhere for it to be fixed.
I had queried her technique before she did it and she said it would be great, she was very wrong!
