The haircut itself was nice and I was happy with how it looked. However the stylist took a phone call mid way through which I thought was rude, and I don’t think I got the conditioning treatment I paid for - probably wouldn’t come back again

It was my first time changing my hairstyle so I was a little nervous when I came in. Melania took the time to explain me step by step and created the look I wanted to archive. She was very energetic and enthusiastic so I had a blast 😊 I wound definitely recommend her to my friends!

The haircut was fine but the overall experience wasn’t good. Walked in and a woman sat outside smoking a cigarette looked me up and down with a disgusted look on her face… this was my hairdresser. Breathed cigarette breathe all over me, answered her personal phone 6/7 times whilst cutting my hair so either not concentrating or standing outside the shop to talk to friends. I was not offered a single beverage and I did not receive the conditioning treatment mask I paid for.
