My stylist was 20 mins late to my appt and when she did arrive I didn’t get any explanation or apology, and then she proceeded to tell me that I booked the wrong length for my blowdry and there would be a supplement fee.. I did not mind this but I felt this was a little rude considering she was late for the appointment :/
