I'm quite disappointed with the service. I have never received such a low quality service in my whole life. The hair colour what I got is ok, but not what I asked for, completely different result. I was shocked that the Balayage covers just the bleach (highlights), you have to pay on top for the toner (£35) which was on my hair for 2 minutes. I wanted brunette and dark blonde highlights, my hair looks like a bad blonde ombre. Such a waste of money. Will never return again or recommend it.

I got the blow dry and hair cut as well as a moisture treatment, I was a bit nervous beforehand because I didn’t have a haircut in a long time but it was a really chill environment and my hair was so nice afterwards! It’s been a few days and it’s still really soft so I’m very happy!
