I can not express how damaged my hair feels since coming to the salon, it’s absolutely horrendous I had to wax my hair the day after and it still feels so dry and damaged, I was shocked by the lack of salon quality products absolutely none, my friend also had a blowdry which was pointless:. Generally upset of the condition of my hair

They rescheduled me 40 minute before my original time, but upon arrival told me I need to wait 45 minutes. Eventually the stylist told me he couldn't see me at all because another client was coming in. The women working reception was so lovely and professional and apologised profusely for the inconvenience. The older male stylist (Joseph) however was beyond rude. He didn’t apologize once and told me I was unable to get my money back. He also spoke quite aggressively to his female colleagues.

Joseph sorted my hair out after a previous poor haircut from somewhere else . He was great at explaining and advising and even taught me how to trim my fringe should I need to .
He is an experienced and skilled hairdresser and you are in safe hands with him .
