Ryan and I briefed, and I showed a few reference pics, and he immediately knew what I was after.
He was super quick, and I absolutely love how my blonde highlights came out! They look natural, my colour has been lifted, but there is still some depth there which is what I asked for - he also gave me framing pieces like I asked, which I was originally nervous about looking artificial, but he did a great job all round. Even the finish was great! Best I’ve felt walking out of a salon in a long time

Had booked a £27 wash and cut online, turned up to my appointment on time and waited 15 minutes before the guy I was booked with very rudely told me he didn't cut 'my kind of hair' as a woman with a pixie haircut? He made it feel personal. Was sent to Soho branch instead and had haircut there where they said that it was ridiculous and he clearly just didn't want to cut my hair. After not getting my haircut professionally for 5 years because of anxiety this has definitely made it worse

No conditioning treatment was used on my hair which was paid for and it was left dry.
Stylist was unable to do a bouncy blow dry.
The wrong colour of toner was used and my hair was left looking grey.
Full head highlights left my hair looking streaky and no attention to detail was applied to the hairline so I am unable to tie my hair up. Not that many foils were used so big sections of hair were highlighted as opposed to lots of small sections.
I would not recommend this salon for any services
