Amazing balayage, the stylist Serena did a fantastic job. Good pricing.
However, I had a major issue at the salon. My umbrella was stolen. I would expect the administrator to offer at least an apology or a voucher/discount for the future. Instead, she hid in the bathroom. I waited for 5 minutes and left feeling quite disappointed in this experience. That was quite rude.

I went in for a simple trim which was great and easy, the conditioning mask is always so nice and leaves the hair feeling revitalised.
Daniel was awesome and experienced, friendly and easy to talk to. Ended up cutting me a fringe which was nerve-racking but really well done.
