This was the 2nd time at Gusto. Be prepared to pay more than anything you book in for
1. There was a deal for new customers that was 50% off, I was charged full price.
2. 2nd time, I pre paid for balayage and a cut and blow dry.
Toner and roots were on top of this.
We had to redo my hair as the colour was
wrong & toner wasn’t taking and it’s still ended up yellow. For the money I have paid; for effectively getting highlights, and no offer off a discount, I wouldn’t recommend, or go again.

I was warmly welcomed and proposed a drink (which I've never seen).
My hair looked great, however, Melania was speedy (not the place to go if you're looking for pampering).
Unprofessional staff: Melania asked her colleague to wash her hair while a customer was waiting for her hair to be washed...the asked colleague advised she had a customer but Melania insisted it won't take long so the asked colleague washed her hair instead of taking care of her customer.
