My stylist, Neto paid attention to details, and listened to what I needed. But the oxford street branch of Gusto was terribly understaffed and wasn't cleaned up at all. Worst bit was there was only one functional blow dryer, and that end stopped working midway through my blowdry service. I ended up walking out with one side of my hair looking shorter than the other. The stylist was nice, but the venue has poor facilities and equipment.

Neto was so lovely and is amazing at his job. My hair looks gorgeous and I am glad I put all my trust in him to do what he thought would look good on me. I feel gorgeous with my new hair! Thank You Neto!! Also just wanted to add the receptionist lady was so welcoming and attentive, definitely will be returning!
