The dryer was too hot.
Hair at the back is still curly after the treatment.
The lady at the door was not welcoming keeping blaming customers and charged the hair cut without telling before that it wasn’t include in the treatment price.

While I liked the stylist and venue, my keratin treatment ran out within two weeks. I expected it to last at LEAST two months - all the others I’ve had have lasted three. I followed the guidance and didn’t wash my hair for three days after the treatment, and I only use sulphate-free shampoo.
I emailed the salon to complain (with photo evidence) and request a refund, but have yet to hear back. Overall, I am very disappointed and would not recommend them.

It was very quick and I really enjoyed the scent of the shampoo and conditioner. However, the stylist only blast dried my hair before curling which never gives as much volume - I would expect a proper blow dry when you are paying for the cut and blow
