At Gusto, I have been told by the Manager, Sarah, that the product used at the salon for Keratin treatment is the high-quality Keartese. However, on the appointment day, the salon used some low-quality products and since I was unable to cancel the appointment at that time, I underwent the treatment. However, soon after the treatment got started I could feel severe itching in my eyes. The stylist also pulled my hair badly while doing the treatment. I am still feeling itching in my hair after 20d
