Overall, I’m happy with the final result, but the experience wasn’t very pleasant. There was little communication from the stylist—no guidance, check-ins, or explanation of what was being done (e.g. toner or treatments). He also seemed surprised I wanted a haircut, despite it being included. The dye was left on too long, even after I mentioned my hair absorbs colour quickly. The result is good, but the service felt inattentive and lacking professionalism.

Mustafa has given me the best balayage that I’ve ever had and I have tried quite a few different hair salons/stylists. I’m really grateful to him and he’s a lovely guy! I would 100% recommend Gusto and particularly Mustafa.
