I was running late, phoned about this in advance, was fine. Very welcoming on arrival and Venetia the hairdresser was amazing, very professional and friendly, she cut my hair well and blowdried it to a very neat look.

Following my treatment, I booked an additional treatment for my daughter. I paid in advance for her blow dry. I then discovered thst she was charged an adidtional 14 pounds! They said this was extra for extra long hair and for the use of straightners! Unacceptable, This is 50% additional on top of the cost of the original treatment. This type of salon is not in the league of salons who can charge such an amount! They do not even have professional hair care products! I brought my own products!
