Unfortunately my haircut with Ramona is the worst I’ve ever had. She was lovely but cut my hair in two straight layers and didn’t blend. Follow up cut did their best to fix it but it’ll take years for my hair to grow back properly.

this was one of the best balyages I've ever had however the experience was soured by the fact that I was told I had to pay for additional treatments I didn't even know I was getting. As I tried to leave, I was told I must pay an additional £80.
