I did my hair at Gusto hairdressers as a birthday gift - I after expressed dissatisfaction with my hair and reached out to schedule an appointment for corrections. Upon arrival to my appointment, I was informed that there was no time available and that it was merely a “consultation”. Despite seeking a solution, I encountered rudeness and felt belittled. Regrettably, I will not be returning. Such a shame.

Amazing amazing blowdry - best one in ages, although this was the first time a hairdressor from an ethnic minority commented on my unruly hair, I have not experienced that before! However, I think even she was pleasantly surprised at how compliant my hair was to blow dry - despite her expectations for my hair after 19 years' hairdressing experience!

Marie Lisa was super nice and very efficient and talented. I am very very happy with the cut and the result !

Rushed and rude. The lady who cut my hair made me pay an extra £5 as apparently my hair wasn’t a medium length. I had absolutely no issue doing this but my hair was cut with no love / or care. Felt really upset after I left.
