My experience at this salon was not great. The hairdresser did not seem professional—she unexpectedly tapped my shoulder twice in a way that startled me and asked me to sit up. She also accidentally hit my head with the blow dryer. I’ve been coming to this salon for years and I had good experiences. However, my last visit was disappointing.
