Receptionist was rude. Appointment started 18 mins later than the arranged time, had nowhere to sit. She told me my stylist would be ready “soon” I mentioned I was running a little late (incase someone else could start the wash) she rolled her eyes at me and said “um ok he’s coming in abit”. The styling was ok, pretty much immediately dropped but was pretty at the time. At the end of the session I had to pick my coat up which was thrown on the floor of the coat wardrobe. Didn't get my hair actually cut until 40 minutes into my appointment, and she barely asked what I wanted done before she started cutting. A good business with nice employees but seemed like it would be good for a basic trim and nothing more complex. Also seemed a bit cramped! But once again nice employees.
