My stylist wasn’t great and very passive aggressive, scraped my head with the comb and asphyxiated me with hairspray. After a year and a half of coming here with the same hair length they charged me more for having the same hair length.

Woman was rough with my hair. Hair felt dry and fringe felt and looked like it was about to break off. Tried to sell me her hair mask and told me off for booking the wrong hair length. Man cut someone’s hair into my bag and staff laughed about it.
