The lady who cut my hair was very nice and smiling all the time she asked questions and seemed to be a good listener as well but was surprised she ended up doing what she wanted, she was also aggressive with my hair pulling harshly when brushing it was very painful. The salon was a bit chaotic and the overall experience wasn’t enjoyable, they also decided to take £10 extra for my full haircut service which I prepaid, even though I only wanted trimming, claiming my hair was long Won’t come back
