I was seen to immediately, I didn't have to wait, the hair wash was very relaxing and thorough. The hairdresser discussed what would suit my hair type and we were able to establish a style fairly quickly. A very pleasant experience

Been here three times. Two times I have been disappointed. I had hair to my waist and was charged extra at the venue (I selected the longest hair option on Treatwell). The first time I was charged extra I was charged £8, and the second time £5.
Inconsistent pricing and rules. I am so saddened that my hair is no 2 inches shorter than when I started getting it cut. Not going back.
