Easy booking, but paid for full highlights and only got half. I was charged an extra £5 due to the length of my hair being categorized as 'long' rather than 'medium'. While I understand potential surcharges for longer hair in some services, in this instance, as only my roots were highlighted, the length of the remaining hair seemed irrelevant to the amount of product or time required for the root application.
