Claimed that I should have booked an extra long hair cut AFTER my hair had been cut and charge me extra. Feels like a conversation that should have happened beforehand. “long” “extra long” “medium” etc aren’t specific units of measure hence a conversation before to come an agreement is probably the better way to go about this, unhelpful to bring this up after the haircut where we can no longer actually check. The actual haircut was good.
