I didn’t have a great experience. They cut way too much of my hair off than discussed. Really disappointed as it’s on my graduation day as well. Terrible experience.

Poor communication on the part of the Gusto Team. I had to wait for 50 mins for my haircut even though I had received a call confirmation about the appointment time. Had to take a full refund for the ladies haircut because I couldn’t wait any longer!
