One of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. I booked hair coloring online, but was told on arrival about hidden extra charges not mentioned earlier. As a tourist, I couldn’t pay more due to no local account. They refused to cancel or reschedule and forced me to take another service I didn’t want, which was poorly done. Staff was unhelpful and inflexible. Be warned if booking online expect surprise charges and no customer support

Took my daughter here for a cut after a great experience myself. This is a small salon but brilliantly located and everyone is really lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Rosa was lovely but she wanted to do the bare minimum, I asked for layers and she said they would look good on me despite me going in with them. The facial threading sting also fell on the floor and touched my face..
