Raluca was an excellent stylist, however the salon was very chaotic and I waited for 20 minutes despite having booked my appointment. I also felt very frustrated as I booked a haircut for medium length hair after reading all the instructions re hair length, unfortunately, a mistake had been made on the descriptions this medium length hair was listed as above inferior scapula blade (but below shoulder). The salon host advised me I have booked incorrectly and advised I just pay more.

Salon is ok. The service is good and the people are lovely. However the stylist didn’t know how to do a diffuser dry for curly hair. Very inexperienced and my hair looked quite bulky. I had to tell her how to do it and still she didn’t want to do it the way I like it. Not coming back for that treatment
Blow Dry
I had full head highlights and a cut and blow dry with Rosa. Her cut was excellent, and my hair felt amazing and healthy afterwards. However, the colour came out a bit too light for my liking, but honestly, with the effort and care and time Rosa put into it, I would recommend her!
