Was an uncomfortable experience given they tried to make me pay additional charges that were not disclosed. I selected very long for hair length and was first told I need to pay an additional £5 for “very very long hair” and then later told I would be charged £10… the pricing is deceptive and based on other reviews I’m not the only one.
I was also told to stand up part way through my haircut and they continued cutting as a stood up (just bizarre - I have never experienced this in a salon).

This Place is usually for my and I would say it’s usually 9/10 . This time It was an ok experiences it was very full. I did call last minute to be fair. It was rushed because they had no time. So of course I didn’t get what I came in for. Felt I was being gently pushed to do a style that suited their timing. I only continued because the lady who did my hair was so caring and positive. Also the place was so busy. No space. Smell of dye loud music and rushed . Not usually the case
