Mario was fantastic, I had originally booked for highlights and a cut but after talking it through with him we decided that I only really needed a cut and to leave my colour natural. I'll definitely be back.

The salon was smaller than I expected and seemed rather cramped and quite dark. However, the staff were friendly and welcoming and I was quickly offered a hot drink which was very welcome. I was very impressed with the haircut from Emile - he was really conscientious, paying close attention to detail and achieved a great result. Excellent value for money. Will definitely go again.

I can't complain about the haircut itself - very well done. However the experience wasn't the most comfortable. During the wash, I was squashed into the seat below the basin - I am very short, but even I had to hunch my back and sit forward in order to fit. There was so check whether I was comfortable. The during my conditioning treatment, I was unexpectedly left like a lemon, sat up in my seat for 10 minutes with a towel casually draped over my head, water dripping down my back, and no magazines or anything to occupy me.
The haircut itself was brisk. No offer of a drink or magazine. Whilst I'm happy with the cut itself, the experience around it made it not feel worth the money.
